30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: You may return any unopened, new item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Domestic Returns (USA): We provide a prepaid return shipping label for all domestic returns within the 30-day window. To initiate a return, email us at terranutsales@gmail.com or call (631) 505-1021.

Damaged or Defective Items: If your snacks arrive damaged, contact us immediately and we will ship a priority replacement at no additional cost to you.

Exchanges: Want to try a different flavor? We offer free exchanges on unopened items within the USA.

Order Changes: Most orders ship same-day when placed by 2pm ET, so the window to modify or cancel is very short — contact us by phone or email before that cutoff.

Lost or Late Packages: We handle these case-by-case — contact us and we'll work with you to make it right.
