  • 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: You may return any unopened, new items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

  • Domestic Returns (USA): TerraNut provides a prepaid return shipping label for all domestic returns within the 30-day window. To initiate a return, please email us at terranutsales@gmail.com.

  • International Orders: For orders outside the USA, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. In many cases, we may offer a "refund without return" to save you the hassle of international shipping—please contact us to discuss your options.

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If your snacks arrive damaged, please contact us immediately. We will ship a priority replacement at no additional cost to you.

  • Exchanges: Want to try a different flavor? We offer free exchanges on unopened items within the USA.
